Vothè-êvê Dêtîkè (/ˈvoʃè/ /ˈɘvɘ/ [dense] [visit]) is a temperate Town located in the Ineg̈èsho Zone of the Union of Engineers.

The name Vothè-êvê Dêtîkè is derived from the Iron Elvish language, as Vothè-êvê Dêtîkè was founded by Brêpí Garêpí, who was culturaly Iron Elven.

Climate

Vothè-êvê Dêtîkè has a yearly average temperature of 26°C (78°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a warm 28°C (82°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a pleasant 25°C (77°F). Vothè-êvê Dêtîkè was founded durring the late 14th century in spring of the year 1263, by Brêpí Garêpí. The establishment of the new community went well, with no major obsticles durring construction.

Vothè-êvê Dêtîkè was built using the conventions of Iron Elven durring the late 14th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Vothè-êvê Dêtîkè is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature timber framed wooden shiethed or brick construction, which gives form to a very formalized, rational, expence effishent arcatectural style based on strictly symmetrical designs which universaly feature pitched roofs, shutters, and the occasional column or pilaster for a decorative touch.

Vothè-êvê Dêtîkè is buildings are arranged within a network of restrictive baked earthen streets which form a rectangular grid, where each block verries in size given the proximity of the paralell streets forming each section. The ocasional smaller block has been used to construct a park, plaza, and other communal structures. The town is the proud owner of a thick set of fortified walls fashioned from querried stone blocks. While not up to snuff for a fort or castle wall, the town's walls are naturaly much larger than those of forts or castles. Therefore, the construction such a wall is most expencive. Vothè-êvê Dêtîkè's buget focused wall would serve its community well in battle in spite of looking unimpressive compared to castles and fortresses. The top tier civilian fortifications has suffered a visible ammount of structural damage, leaving them effectivly useless. One can't help but wonder why the has not yet effected repairs.

A look around Vothè-êvê Dêtîkè gives you an uneasy feeling. Everything is just a little too worn down, a little too dirty, or both. No one makes eye contact. Kids play quietly, but happily. Occasionally a passerby glances at you out of the corner of their eye, staring just long enough for it to be uncomfortable. This all rests atop the unmistakable impression the town is one of the strictest places imaginable. Everyone’s actions are clearly directed by laws they keep in heart and mind at all times. Orderly byond order is a phrase which Vothè-êvê Dêtîkè brings to mind.

Cultural Notes

Vothè-êvê Dêtîkè's garrison was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used which employed abundant symbolic geometry, using pure forms such as the circle and square, and plans are based on often symmetrical layouts featuring rectangular courtyards and halls. These structures were is decorated with carved stone or stucco reliefs and made use of colorful stone mosaics..
